Job Type:  Contractual (Renewal)

Duty Station:  Head Office – Kathmandu with extensive travel to remote areas of hilly and mountainous districts.  

Role and Responsibility:

The incumbent is responsible for managing quality of family planning program through onsite technical backstopping, mentoring and monitoring of the team of Quality Assurance Officers. The incumbent is also responsible for coordinating with national and subnational stakeholders including government line agencies, NGOs and other partners working in the area of family planning and reproductive health as needed.

The incumbent reports to Marketing Director and also closely communicates with Deputy Managing Director and other relevant directors and managers.

Minimum Qualification: 

• Master’s degree in Public Health/Nursing with paramedical background (HA/Staff Nurse) from recognized university.. 
  

• Minimum 5 years’ of experience in managing and working in Reproductive Health with focus on quality of family planning program 
  
• Experience in program management with training designing and facilitation skill
  
• Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Word) and email (Outlook) programs; experience with use of tablets and associated software applications
  
• Excellent English language proficiency in  communication and writing 
  
• Able to engage in QA program design, implementation, evaluation and improvement
  
• Budget management experience desirable
  
• Willingness to travel extensively to remote areas
