Experience and Skills:

• Advanced University Degree (master’s or above) in Technical Subject or Social Science or Business Management or Information Management or equivalent degree from recognized university in development subject
  
• Minimum of ten years of experience in programme and/or project management,designing and administering quality assurance and info management,understanding of national and/or regional TVET programmes and teams
  
• Ability to produce analytical report of any documents and papers
  

Duration: One year with possibility of extension
