Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Assist in the preparation and review of test plans and test cases.
• Participate in the development and improvement of QA processes.
• Conduct regression testing when defects are corrected.
• Report on test activities and results, including any quality metrics.

Preferred:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Not required ( Having experience is a plus)
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Jira, SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA field.
