Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst based in Kathmandu. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, conducting quality control checks, and managing quality management systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data to identify trends, communicating findings with the team, and ensuring that projects meet the established quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with different departments to maintain the overall quality of products and services.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance: Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and conducting quality control checks
• Quality Management: Experience in managing and improving quality management systems
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is beneficial
