We are seeking experienced Fulfillment Manager to manage end-to-end fulfillment operations via our digital platform coordinating between shippers, carriers (truckers), drivers, and internal teams to ensure that orders/services requested through the app are executed smoothly, reliably, and on time. This role blends logistics operations with platform-based management, requiring you to be tech-savvy and comfortable using system dashboards, data analytics, and coordinating digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily fulfillment workflows initiated through the platform: order/service booking, carrier/trucker assignment, scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and confirmation of completion.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders/users to ensure smooth completion of delivery/service, timely communication, and issue resolution.
Monitor operational performance: track delivery success rates, turnaround times, resource utilization, cost efficiency, and address bottlenecks proactively.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless user experience and fulfill demand.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with company policy, quality standards, and timely service delivery.
Manage and lead fulfillment teams and assign tasks, supervise performance, provide training and guidance.
Report to senior management on operations status, challenges, resource needs, and performance metrics.

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in related field
5–7 years’ experience in logistics, supply-chain, operations, or fulfillment management with demonstrated leadership or managerial responsibility
Strong organizational, planning, and resource management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and dynamic operations
Excellent communication, coordination, and team-management skills
Problem-solving mindset, analytical skills to monitor and improve operations performance
Ability to work under pressure, handle logistics challenges, and ensure service quality and consistency
