We are looking for local residents for the position of Audit Manager for UK Accountancy outsourcing office in Kausaltar,Bhaktapur, Nepal. 

Job descriptions for UK statutory audit:

• Lead the Team: Provide leadership and guidance to the audit team, including supervision, mentorship, and performance management.
• Audit Planning: Develop comprehensive audit plans based on risk assessments, regulatory requirements, and client needs. 
• Audit Client Meetings: Interact with clients to understand their business operations, discuss audit objectives, address concerns, and provide updates on audit progress.
• Audit Monitoring: Oversee the audit process to ensure adherence to audit standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Group Audits of Multiple UK/European Companies: Manage and execute group audits involving multiple entities across different geographical locations.
• Consolidation Review: Review consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and alignment with group reporting requirements.
• Group Tax Computation & Review: Collaborate with tax experts to assess tax implications, review tax computations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations for group entities.
• UK Statutory Accounts Review: Review statutory financial statements prepared in accordance with UK accounting standards. 
• Audit Finalization: Lead the finalization of audit engagements, including review of working papers, audit findings, and draft financial statements. 
• Lead Organizing Training Meetings: Organize and lead training sessions for audit staff to enhance their technical skills, industry knowledge, and understanding of audit methodologies.

• ACCA/ ICAI Qualified or equivalent professional certification.
• Proven audit experience of 5 Years in big 4 top firms in Nepal or India.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting requirements, and tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience in leading audit engagements and supervising audit teams.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
