We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Danphe Software Labs. The successful candidate will have experience with automated testing using Selenium or Cypress or similar frameworks and will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or Cypress
• Identify and troubleshoot defects and bugs in the software
• Collaborate with the development team to improve the software development process
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Participate in the development of test plans and testing strategies
• Report and track defects and bugs
• Keep up-to-date with new testing tools and technologies

• Performance review and remuneration upgrades every 9 months at most. Deserving candidates have seen remuneration upgrades twice a year in the past.
• We are under the Government of Nepal's Social Security Fund program, which has retirement and insurance benefits.
• Medical insurance: In addition to the 1 lakhs per annum medical insurance benefit from SSF, we also provide 2 lakhs per annum medical insurance via an insurance vendor to our team members which can be shared with up to 4 people within one single family.
• We are fully compliant with the labor laws and taxation rules of Nepal.

Working days/hours/location: 

• We operate 40 hrs per week, 9 am-6 pm, Monday - Friday. 
• While we have entertained remote work for individuals with genuine cases, we prefer in-person work at our office premises in Anamnagar.
