Job Purpose:

To organize/ execute all Purchase operations of Shivam Cement Limited and implement policies and procedures to maintain higher standards so as to procure products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations. Search and Reach out to all potential suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

Reporting to: Purchase Head

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

• Managing Purchase operations
  
• Get the materials requirement from all departments
  
• Search potential suppliers and get the quotation
  
• Make a comparison sheet and evaluate the vendors
  
• Negotiation and Selection of suppliers
  
• Purchase indent and purchase order
  
• Follow up and ensure timely delivery of goods
  
• Prepare priority list and follow up
  
• Prepared a profile of vendors and inward carriers
  
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  
• Prepared Daily, weekly, Monthly and annual report
  
• Sound Knowledge of L/C & Custom Regulation
