  • 5 years of experience as a Procurement officer in the related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external parties to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
  • Solid judgment along with decision making skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations

Job Description

  • Preparing plans for the purchase of a wide range of products
  • Prepare reports on purchases including cost analysis
  • Find potential vendors and suppliers
  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
  • Ensure that all purchasing is in compliance with regulations and laws related to purchasing practices and in accordance with Stuti Mero Mart standard practices
  • Work out agreements with suppliers, such as when products will be delivered
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations
