Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to support the procurement activities of InfraPro Construction. The role involves assisting in sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of construction materials and services in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation
Support the procurement team in cost comparisons and supplier evaluations
Coordinate with site engineers, stores, and accounts teams for material requirements
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Assist in resolving supplier issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing
Prepare periodic procurement reports as required

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
Basic knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and vendor management
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/procurement systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Must have a bike with a valid license
