Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relation Officer (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manpower sourcing, excellent networking skills, and knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies. You will be responsible for building relationships, promoting our services, and maintaining strong connections within the manpower sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strong network within the manpower and recruitment industry.
Represent the company in meetings, events, and public interactions.
Coordinate with agencies, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth manpower sourcing.
Implement digital marketing strategies to promote company services and branding.
Prepare and distribute promotional materials, presentations, and reports.
Handle client queries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Minimum Education: +2 (Higher Secondary Level)
Minimum 5 years of experience in the manpower or recruitment sector.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
