Roles and responsibilities of this job

Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in telephone and face to face.
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Receiving visitors at the desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Build positive relationships with new agent.
Provide customer with information about demands and workout to fulfill the timely requirement.
Fulfill the demand requirements and managed the candidates at the time of interview.
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with the management.
Making timely deployment of the resourced workers without failure.
Receiving and sorting daily demand requirements.
Organize and coordinate company events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure all candidate and client documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of databases for recruitment and client information.
