Position: Senior Proposal Development Officer, Level: 7
Number of requirements: 1
Work Station: Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, Kathmandu.
Modes of Hiring: Time Bound

Minimum requirements:

Master’s degree in Health Development Studies, Public Health, Global Health Policy, or a related field.
Experienced in grant applications, communications and advocacy, program design in health and development

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the proposal development process from concept to submission
Review and analyse donor guidelines, priorities, and eligibility criteria
Maintain a database of potential funding opportunities and donor contacts
Support Project Management in MIS and MEL
