Asia Rescue & Medical Services Private Ltd is a Medical Assistance Company providing Medical and Travel assistance to International Travellers in South Asia.Our Registered office is in Kolkata and Branch Office is located in Nawala, Colombo.

We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals with the flair and interest to join our team. Vacancy exists for Female Operations Manager, a busy, varied role requiring high levels of client liaison for the region of South Asia

Duties and Responsibilities will include :

Coordination with the Head office in India, client members, hospitals, Clinic, Doctors, Car & Ambulance companies
Providing first point of contact information as required and providing assistance and information in a timely and professional manner
Documentation of all matters relating to the requests
Updating the local medics and clinics with appointments for client members
Updating and maintaining the internal system with case notes
Document all matters relating to request
Ensure case notes are managed, communicated and prepared for handovers
Monitoring of medical repatriations and evacuations
Ensure providers and suppliers are up to date with current information
Ensure compliance at all times with the Procedural manuals and guidelines
All administrative duties and case note logging as required

Other Specification

Interacting with Overseas clients, Customers and local service providers in Nepal
Must have fluency in spoken and written English.
must be willing to travel within Nepal and Overseas
pleasant personality with good conduct and manners when meeting Clients
Excellent in Microsoft Office
Advantage will be given to persons having a Hospitality, Medical or Hospital carreer background

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Medical / Healthcare background knowledge & training would be a plus point for the job
Excellent English language written and spoken
IT literacy and proficiency in the usage of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Outlook and Word & Excel
Ability to multi task and handle several requests at the same time, prioritising tasks appropriately.
Be service-orientated and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is Essential
The age should be below 40 years & Minimum Work Experience should be 3-5 years
Be willing to work extended hours
The Candidates should be a Resident of Nepal
