Job Description

  • Overall responsibilities of Project Sales of Nepal
  • Target setting and Target Oriented
  • Allocate target to the team and keep tracking on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Tracking and timely reporting of competitor's activity and update management accordingly
  • To analysis and deliver accurate forecast and outlook
  • To rigorously follow up the existing projects & the projects in pipeline
  • To follow up the upcoming projects
  • Site visit should be done whenever required
  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures as per the company policies & norms
  • Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
  • To derive sales under BG/LC 
  • To prepare and send reports, inquiries, sales closing information to Reporting Head in timely basis
  • To maintain & reduce market outstanding /credit control
  • All tasks related to Nepal Standard Bureau
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management
  • To develop excellent relationship with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, labs & NS bureau
  • To coordinate all quality related processes like frequent testing of cements
