Purpose:

• To ensure the safety, dignity and meaningful access of beneficiaries to assistance is considered throughout the project cycle design, implantation and M&E of response.

Requirements:

• Masters or Graduate degree in Social Science, Psychology or any other relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with NGOs or government agencies in protection, child-centered activities or community liaison work
• Proven expertise in training, communication and integrating protection across emergency response programs
• Team work, communicating and report writing skills in English and Nepali 
• Familiarity with M & E tools and techniques and good computer operating skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
