Purpose:

• To provide technical and programmatic oversight for all behavior change communication activities undertaken and implemented by Caritas Nepal, S/he plans, implements, monitors and reports on the activities specified and guided by the Project Plan. The Behaviour Change Communication Officer work will include development of plan and materials, and training/capacity building of local staff and community people.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in one of the following or related fields: public health, health communications, behavioral science, health
• promotion or other related field.
• Previous related experience working with Non-Government organizations required
• Experience in gender and gender norms is desirable
• Team work, Computer literacy and communicating and report writing skills in English and Nepali 
• Familiarity with M & E tools and techniques and good computer operating skills
