Adequate knowledge on child rights, right to education and educational area
General skills of budgeting, finance management, monitoring, programming and documentation
Innovative, Cooperative, open minded and able to meet professional attitudes
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Package) essential
Good knowledge and understanding of education (including teaching methodologies and community involvement in schools) and development issues
Good Communication Skill (English and Nepali) both oral and written and capability to relate and interact with multicultural teams.

Under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator ,the Project Officer will be responsible for the development of various education activities for implementation in the partner VDCs and schools of District
Design and formulation of identified projects activities ; assistance in preparing and processing project documents
Facilitating and supporting the implementation of various activities to the social mobilizer ,coordinator collaborate with local line agencies and stakeholders like DEO , DDC , Schools , NGOS and INGOs
Preparing & facilitating training/workshop materials as required and preparing field trip reports and profiles/database of various activities & local projects.
