Job Description

We are seeking an outstanding Project Manager  with top-notch project management and organizational skills to join  our new body (a sister concern) "Nepal Research Bureau". 

Job Responsibilities:
The PM will start working from scrap; and is responsible for the management of overall projects of Nepal Research Bureau, and is not limited to: 

a) Office management, 

b) People and resource management, 

c) Proposal writing, and 

d) Business Development

  • Ensure that the project is delivered to agreed timescales and within budget.
  • Take a lead role in communicating with clients, partners, suppliers & the internal team to make
  • sure the information is communicated in a timely manner and that deadlines are met.
  • Help to implement new process and systems to make process more efficient and scale up the
  • business. You will also prepare, develop and upgrade research forms; develop and oversee maintenance of paper based study of participant files.
  • Work on scheduling of research related appointments, maintain research calendar, help
  • HR on hiring research personnel, and oversee all the Research Management Activities.

Experience

3 to 5 years of Project Management experience (in research institution)

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, flexible, and enjoy liaising with clients
  • Excellent in proposal writing 
  • Able to work proactively, independently within tight schedule to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and Project Management skill
  • Good knowledge on research tools and techniques
  • Comfortable and confident on leading programs, events and meetings
  • Demonstrate ability to manage complex, challenging projects using relevant techniques, tools and process
