Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Project Manager will lead and oversee client onboarding processes for Now CFO Nepal. The role ensures high-quality onboarding execution, manages multiple onboarding projects, coordinates with US consultants, and drives process improvements.

This position is ideal for a strong project manager with leadership experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Oversight:

Lead onboarding strategy, planning, and execution
Supervise onboarding team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
Ensure consistent onboarding standards across all client engagements
Serve as the primary escalation point for onboarding challenges

Client Onboarding Management:

Oversee onboarding of new client projects
Coordinate setup, documentation, and system integration
Collaborate closely with US consultants and Nepal service teams
Ensure onboarding activities meet compliance and quality standards

Project & Process Management:

Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Develop onboarding workflows and improve operational efficiency
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Track onboarding metrics and report progress to leadership

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain clear communication with US consultants and internal stakeholders
Lead onboarding meetings and coordinate training sessions
Ensure a positive client onboarding experience

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Accounting, Business, or Project Management
Experience managing onboarding or implementation projects
Experience supervising or managing staff
Experience supporting US or international clients
Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

Skills Required:

Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
High professionalism and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

In‑Office: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Remote: Tuesday and Thursday – 12:45 PM to 9:45 PM
Some flexibility to work outside of these operating hours will be required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Success Metrics

Onboarding Completion Timeliness – Percentage of onboarding projects completed on or before scheduled timeline.
Client Satisfaction Scores – Feedback from clients regarding onboarding experience.
Process Efficiency Improvements – Implementation of process enhancements reducing onboarding time or errors.
Onboarding Quality and Accuracy – Reduction in onboarding errors or rework.
Team Performance and Engagement – Achievement of team onboarding goals and staff development outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication Effectiveness – Timeliness and quality of reporting and communication.

Salary Range: NPR120,000 – NPR 180,000 per month (depending on experience and leadership responsibilities).
