Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our projects in Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with extensive experience in hydropower projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of hydropower projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
