As a Project Manager you are expected to lead as well as mentor a team of IT Professional

• To involve in project management process from initial phase of understanding project requirement document
• Prepare initial project proposal for time estimation and resource requirement
• Prepare timeline and resource allocation of project on approval of project estimation
• Communicate with client throughout the project development
• Test product on development and implement phase in order to ensure quality
• Risk analyzation and mitigation
• Ensure timely delivery of project by monitoring and tracking the project
• Document the project in forms of proposals, storyboard, status and progress report, project closure report and project implementation report with through and regular analysis
• To ensure the development of employees through on-the-job and off-the -job Training
• Coordinate with HR or Management to conduct Training
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
