Responsible for coordinating with various clients and consultants
Preparing BOQ for real estate/hydro power project, allocating and monitoring human resource
Planning and monitoring CPM for new add existing projects
Coordinating with site execution team and profit maximization of projects
Further, Project Manager will also be responsible for various post construction activities and costumes relationship management
