  • Master's degree will be preferable
  • Able to lead and work in Team
  • Able to manage, coordinate and direct the project of short term period efficiently.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as a Project Manager
  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction management including building construction (Preferable steel structure)
  • Should have sound knowledge of building structure, truss, fabrication and erection

Job Description

  • Experience in Project monitoring, reporting, evaluation
  • Experience in Preparation of proposal, bid documents and quotation
  • Should be able to direct, ordinate and manage employee at all level
  • Should have sound computer skills, AutoCAD, Windows Office Package and PowerPoint
