The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall project and supervise the technical team. The functional area for the position will be Site Engineering and Project Management. His key responsibility will be related to construction management.

• Supervising and overseeing the project and overall responsibility for smooth construction of the project
  
• Attain overall control on quality of work for the project
  
• Co-ordination and communication with consultants for the drawings required for the projects and take necessary decisions based on the developments at the project site
  
• Ensure that the projects are progressing exactly in accordance with the targets and actively manage  the project scope, deliverables, budget, schedule and program
  
• Timely and periodic reporting to Executive Chairman
  
• Pass on all management decision, information to site staff and to concerned office staff
  
• Arrange preventive measures for safety at all construction sites
  
• Verify the detailed engineering design and actual implementation of site
  
• Verify construction bills submitted by the contractor/s
  
• Manage the technical staff and provide technical oversight of the work
  
• Help site staff to avoid/resolve any misunderstandings or conflicts that may develop
