  • Bachelor’s Running in any discipline. with minimum 2 year experience in a team leading position    
  • Overall knowledge of logistic work and minimum 3-year experience in same field.    
  • Managerial Skills, problem solver & decision maker.       
  • Knowledge of data analysis.      
  • Design proper plan and execute them.  
  • Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets             
  • Proven ability to work cross- functionally            
  • Mature, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude        
  • Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours     
  • Own vehicle will be preferred. 

Job Description

  • Report to Manager on Daily Basis.          
  • Understand Logistics process needs and requirements and monitor their compliance.           
  • Coordinate with central warehouse and testing engineers for sample testing of equipment and devices.           
  • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.         
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures working closing with different layers in the company.   
  • Responsible for managing required reports and handling operational activities.   
  • Have to make strong plan to minimize risk of goods shortage.     
  • Plan and strategize for the operation of the project.       
  • Have to present monthly or quarterly task perform.       
  • Ensure proper procedure is followed during project works.         
  • Identification of new location for the expansion project in collaboration with Project. Managers.   
  • Preparation of Bills of Materials (BoM)  in collaboration with Project Managers.         
  • Plan and strategize for the operation of the project.       
  • Responsible for port cost analysis and reporting of the results to Project Leaders and responsible personnel.        
  • Completion of the expansion and handover of the new location.
  • Good team work , self-motivated, willing to work on the timeline.
