We, at Omnicom Media Group Nepal, a subsidiary of OmnicomMediaGroup Australia are looking to hire for the position of Project Delivery Coordinator.

Position Overview

As a Project Delivery Coordinator (JIRA), you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of work across various accounts within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Utilizing your expertise in JIRA, as well as other project management tools such as CMS/DXP, you will optimize our project management processes, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration among team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that functional documentation in Jira is up to scratch. Your role will be ensuring project team members across several areas are enabled and client communications are responded to urgently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end workflow for multiple accounts, from project initiation to delivery.
Utilize JIRA and other project management tools to create, track, and update project tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and creative teams to allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks based on client needs and project deadlines.
Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, proactively implementing solutions to ensure timely delivery.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any changes to scope or requirements.
Maintain accurate records of project-related communications, decisions, and approvals.

Qualification, Skills and Competencies

2+ years of relevant experience in similar role.
An understanding of basic functionality best practices.
Proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools, such as CMS/DXP.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
The ability to create and understand user stories and convey them.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide training and support to team members on JIRA and other project management tools.
