Masters or Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of direct supervisory or management experience
Previous experience in a project development role
Knowledge of principles and practices related to livelihood development and informal educational issues
Must have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple activities related to project
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows- based computer application and database management
Able to work with 16 – 25-year-olds and up.
Must be highly organized and able to work well with others
Experienced in developing and managing budgets, proposal writing, hiring, and training, supervising and assessing personnel

Accomplish project requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching volunteers/facilitators/trainers/beneficiaries for project activities
Responsible for the preparation of all assigned proposals
Responsible for the preparation and submission of reports to the funding agencies
Meet work standards by identifying work process improvements for the project working for livelihood development of girls
Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions during the project and its activities
Prepare Budget and Manage Funds for proper Financial Management of the project
Plan, manage and coordinate need assessment visits, training programs, and project activities, in different communities
Manage and lead the team of 3 vocational trainers, project staffs and 30 beneficiaries receiving the training for a year
Facilitate promotion, growth and development strategies of the project
Preparing, planning and managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize project promotion
Responsible for the procurement of goods related to the project
