The project coordinator is expected
to lead the project with following major roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare the periodical plan
following the project documents.
- Take overall responsibilities in
implementing the project.
- Keep proper track of financial
expenses as well as project activities and its completion within timeline.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi
-annual and annual project report as per the requirement of the project and
funding partner.
- Communication with the partner
organization and concerned stakeholders.
- Capacity building and support to mobilize
the project team
- Responsible to manage the M&E
and documentation of the project.
- Carry out the task as assigned by
Executive Director
Desired Qualification, Skills and
knowledge:
- Master’s Degree in human rights, sociology,
and social work or in relevant discipline with minimum 3 years’ experience or
Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years professional experiences in project
implementation related to Child Rights and Child Protection with special focus
on system strengthening. Preference will
be given to the candidate from Chandrapur municipality.
- Able to conduct the meeting,
training and workshops
- Sound report writing skills in
English and Nepali.
- Profound technical skills in
writing, data analysis and knowledge on Excel and other tools
- Good skills on networking,
coordination, communication, management, advocacy and campaigning
- Good interpersonal skills to deal
with the colleagues in the organization and willingness to work under the
pressures and multiple deadlines.
