Requirements: 

• Candidates must have a Chartered Accountancy or an equivalent Finance Degree with detailed knowledge of Project Finance and Accounts.
• Previous work experience in 'Hotel Project' will be an added advantage. 
• Job scope shall include financial planning, analysis, reporting and daily on-site coordination with contractors, consultants and local authorities.
• The position will be based full time at respective project sites.
