Description Of Responsibilities:

The project Analyst will be responsible to provide analytical,statical,and administrative support to the function of the Portfolio Management unit (PMU) including project administration and associated project and portfolio analyses

Selection Criteria :

Bachelor's level in Engineering or Economics,or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5-year relevant work experience in project design,construction,administration and procurement.Related experience in international agencies is preferable
Ability to undertake background research and analysis on difficult and well-defined tasks,collect and organize required data and information,apply appropriate computer skills in analyzing and developing data,and in preparing notes ,papers and sections of reports
Ability to quickly obtain a good working knowledge of ADB's procurement policies guidelines and procedures and procurement
Good computer skills with sound knowledge of common word processing,spreadsheets ,presentation and graphic software used in ADB
Ability to establish and maintain productive contacts with Government officials donor agencies and executing agencies good interpersonal and communication skills are desirable .Ability to work with individuals from different cultural/national backgrounds
Of high integrity and good ethnics and is able to maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with local languages and institutions
Good writing and speaking in English are essential
