Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of project activities at the community level. The role involves assisting with field visits, data collection, coordination with local stakeholders, and basic reporting, while gaining hands-on experience in development and non-profit work.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect data, gather information and assess situations
Preparation and documentation of reports
Contribute to the organization’s values, missions and goals
Sharing findings with the whole research team
Performing fieldwork as needed, and keeping critical information confidential

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Completed +2 , preferably Bachelor degree
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Should be outgoing with good communication skills

Note: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Pokhara or nearby areas.
