We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Manager to support our software project planning and execution. This role involves coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and maintaining project documentation, while working closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.

The Junior Project Manager will assist in understanding project requirements, reporting progress, and performing basic project data analysis, ensuring projects align with business objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables
Support meetings, follow-ups, and action item tracking
Ensure adherence to project management standards and processes

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Jira, MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong problem-solving mindset
