Role overview

To lead / manage the implementation of the Education Programme Plan and Education projects at the quality outcome desired, to time and budget specifications.

Skills, qualifications and experience required

  • 5 years’ Experience of planning and managing projects in education with multiple stakeholders, delivering expected benefits in challenging contexts to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships, inspiring confidence and credibility with employees at all levels. Ability to work effectively across a globally dispersed organisation.
  • Excellent coordination and planning skills with experience of working under pressure. Time management skills.
  • Experience of successfully monitoring and managing budgets.
  • Ability to manage a project in a climate of change, recognizing and being open to ambiguity, uncertainty and opportunities.
  • Practical experience within a volunteering/Non-Government.
  • Bachelor's degree preferable in Education
