Trishuli Plus, a community action group, established in 2006, is a community based non-profitable, politically non-aligned, non-governmental organization (NGO) led and run by and for people living with HIV (PLHIV) and affected by TB to provide prevention, care & support including treatment services to PLHIV and TB affected population.

Trishuli Plus has been implementing The Global Fund TB Program in Kailali, Kanchanpur, Dadeldhura, Doti & Achham Districts supported by Save the Children International under The Global Fund. Therefore, we are inviting applications from interested Nepalese citizens who are eligible, accountable and willing to achieve the result for the positions as specified below:

Duty Station: Dhangadhi, Kailali (Frequent travel to project districts) 
Required No: One

Key Areas of Accountability:

  • Support M&E system, programmatic activities and ensure monitoring and evaluation in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
  • Supervise and monitor data quality, tracking the progress of activities of TB program.
  • Support Team Leader to develop M&E plan, concept notes, etc.
  • Collect Periodically narrative, progress report from District Project Coordinator, compile the report and submit to the concerned stakeholders,
  • Support to develop and design tools for proper Data management system of TB program.
  • Provide Technical assist to Team Leader in order to implement project activities as well as assist to facilitate data collection and the flow of data.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing data collection and management systems.
  • Perform field visits with team to ensure the quality of data collected by Programs.
  • Supportive role in preparing log frames, M&E work plans, and targets set during project proposals as well as project implementation.
  • Coordinate with different agencies and Trishuli Plus other program units and regional offices to document implemented activities, 
  • Supervise the TB program for their quality performance and support them in linking with other required services,
  • Support PMU team in preparing project plan, identifying issues related to TB survivors rights, access to quality treatment for TB survivors and link with other services,
  • Any other job assigned as per program need.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree in public health (BPH) or equivalent with minimum 2 years of working experience in TB Program or Health related field. 
  • Good writing, analytical, documentation skills and data management.
  • Excellent coordination, management and communication skills,
  • Command in report preparation, event note and record keeping,
  • Proficiency on computer usage on office packages, email and internet,
  • Priority will be given for candidate who closely worked with GoN health system and Global Fund Program
  • Must have 2 wheeler driving license
