Saathi is a non-governmental organization established in 1992 to address the different forms of violence and discrimination faced by Nepali women and girls. It was the first organization that was instrumental in drawing significant national attention towards domestic violence in Nepal as an area requiring urgent attention and intervention to break the silence that impacts the lives of many marginalized women and girls. It has persistently continued its crusade for creating a safe and violence-free society where women and children can live with respect and dignity.

  • Ability to lead, communicates effectively, promote team building and work with a range of actors of diverse backgrounds. Experience working with Government entities, different partner organizations, and community based organizations will be an added benefit.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implementation plan and monitor the execution of program goal and objectives
  • Lead the Program Implementation with effective, quality and timely monitoring and reporting
  • Responsible for the preparation and development of all communication, coordination, advocacy, and training needs of partner organizations
  • Financial coordination
  • Lead , Supervise and guide the Program Team
  • Networking & Coordination at community/national level
  • Administer and guide the work of the district offices/partners
  • Willing to work beyond duty hours when required and assist in any other official work within the scope of one's knowledge and expertise as and when required.
