Requirements:

Academic Qualification: MBA or equivalent from the reputed university
Experience: At least 3 years in the relevant field. At least 1 years in managerial role more preferably in educational institutions is and added advantage
Excellent communication skill
Analytical and problem solving skills
Believes in team performance
Click UP usage experience is an added advantage (but not mandatory)
Amicable personality

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen MBA program
Lead routine operational activities for greater productivity
Monitor trends and feedbacks, and analyze and develop reports to prepare recommendations for senior management.
Support academics team to ensure that the academic activities are conducted on time and the quality of work is excellent
Support and feedback Associate Director-Academics to ensure that the quality of work is of utmost quality
Liaison with University and relevant stakeholders for developing and designing improved syllabus and legal compliance as well as to run the MBA program effectively.
Develop instructional strategies, conduct training need analysis and offer required training to staff
Work closely with faculty members to deliver excellent experience to KFA students
Lead, plan and execute initiatives like career Cell
Establish and monitor feedback mechanism to improve on the quality of education that KFA offers to it’s students
Work in close collaboration with Program Director, faculty members, students, and staff
Review and improve, Academic Operation Program Guidelines for maximum effectiveness
Monitor curriculum on an ongoing basis and make necessary recommendations.
Monitor student performance and satisfaction through free session report, student reports, classroom records, weekly progress checks, end-of-course questionnaires etc.
Monitor the progress of student’s reports, documentations and support to complete within the timeline.
