Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Application Officer to manage and process student applications efficiently. The role involves handling documentation, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams and external institutions to support successful application outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process student applications in a timely manner
Ensure all required documents are complete and accurate
Coordinate with counselors and partner institutions regarding application status
Maintain and update application records and databases
Assist in preparing and submitting applications to universities/colleges
Follow up on pending documents and application progress
Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
