Job Description

  • Coordinating course syllabus and designing short term IT programs.
  • Market research and assisting in Marketing sector of the programs to bring prospective students.
  • Giving presentation and organizing seminars in prospective areas regarding our college and programs.
  • Co-ordination with teachers and class scheduling.
  • Planning of practical schedule.
  • Planning regarding exam and setting internal and external exams, assignments, projects and viva.
  • Supervising main events such as Academic Calendar, Orientation, Training, Internship, Placement and entire Academic activities.
  • Produce reports and conduct program evaluation.
  • Strictly monitor other necessary events and teacher guideline regarding exam.
  • Prepares educational material and documents
  • Assists the program director in the orientation of the program
  • Coordinates, prepares and distributes activities and schedules with the faculty and management.
  • Provides support and information to program faculty on a variety of issues related to the program
  • Maintains a systemic file system with students information and program records
  • Monitors and documents evaluation process
  • Participates in accreditation site visits and internal reviews
