Educational Qualification & Experience

• Masters in education or other related disciplines; 
  
• 3 years of relevant work experience in the Non-Governmental sector in similar position  
  

Key Requirements 

• Strong background and experience in program planning, implementation and designing monitoring and experience in working with both experts and policymakers 
  
• Proven ability to organize events and share information, design project  and write reports
  
• Extensive knowledge of civil society in Nepal 
  
• High proficiency in English, Nepali and Computer, presentation as well as communication skills. 
  
• Have strong leadership skill and ability to motivate other staffs in the organization. 
  
• Is flexible, analytical and open to the new ideas and knowledge. 
  
• Ability to carry out the multitasks
  
• Ability to work under the pressure
  
• Have creative and critical thinking to solve the problems
