A reputed IT College is seeking a competent Program Coordinator to coordinate academic activities, support students and faculty, manage schedules, and ensure smooth program operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.

Job Description

Provide academic and administrative leadership in planning, delivering, and monitoring program specific activities aligning with university standards and the college's vision and mission.
Oversee student academic progress and assist in evaluating faculty performance and teaching outcomes.
Build and maintain strategic collaborations with tech companies, research institutions, and industry partners for internships, placements, and joint projects.
Analyze academic results and technical assessments alongside leadership to implement strategies for continuous academic improvement.
Manage day-to-day program logistics, including class schedules, lab allocations, and academic record-keeping.
Facilitate academic advising, project guidance, and support services to ensure a safe, inclusive learning.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc.) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or a closely related computer engineering field. (Master's Degree Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of academic and administrative experience in higher education institution, preferably within an engineering or computer science department. Prior experience in managing STEM or tech-focused academic programs is preferred.

Other Specification:

Demonstrated ability to plan, organize academic schedules and lead technical events or project exhibitions.
Strong networking capability to collaborate with tech companies, secure industry internships, and facilitate guest lectures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with management, faculty, students, and parents.
Ability to evaluate academic metrics, research performance, and student feedback to formulate actionable improvement strategies
