Are you organized, responsible, proactive, and confident in communication? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic educational environment and coordinating with people across different levels of an institution?

We are looking for a committed and flexible professional to join our team as Personal Assistant to the Principal.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive professional and administrative support to the Principal and the Principal’s Office.
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, correspondence, documentation, follow-ups, and other official requirements.
Coordinate effectively with the Wing Coordinators, Heads of Departments (HODs), Teachers, Staff, and the Parents.
Assist in coordinating academic, administrative, institutional, and special assignments delegated by the Principal.
Follow up on decisions, instructions, reports, and action points to ensure timely execution and communication.
Support meetings, school events, projects, presentations, official visits, and other institutional activities as required.
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professional discretion.
Take initiative in managing additional responsibilities beyond routine administrative duties as required by the Principal.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role will be an advantage.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, coordination, and time-management skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, email, documentation, and digital communication.
A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, responsibility, and discretion.
