• Knowledge of working in the projects funded by national and international donors including reporting along with budgeting, administrative follow ups
• Experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation
• Knowledge of funding project proposal writing
• Able to work pro-actively and independently towards the set objectives, result oriented approach, with excellent organizational, communication, networking and problem solving skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure and ability to manage multiple tasks and priority
• Knowledge of disability inclusion in mainstreaming development
• Familiar with computer skills related to the job specified
