Reports To: Executive Director
Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator at JDS Organization is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a variety of programs and initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and goals. This role involves managing day-to-day program activities, supporting outreach efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering impactful and community centered programs.
