Project name: Local Right Program 36 funding by Action Aid International Nepal, this project works on four priorities as Women Right, Education sector, Livelihood and disaster.

Job Location: Dalit JanKalyan Yuba Club Lahan’s Head Office, Lahan 14 Bastipur Pradip Giri Aashram (with frequently field visits in targeted municipality/wards)

Qualification: Graduate in in Social Work/ Sociology / Rural Development of other relevant discipline with minimum 5 years' experience or postgraduate with 3 years of experience.

Report to: DJKYC/Supporting Agencies 

Contract Period: Up to 31 December 2022, possibility of extension

Major roles and responsibilities 

• Work as program focal person for local right program (LRP) for partner organization (ActionAid Nepal)
• Support and facilitate to formulate monthly and weekly planning and coordination of a program and its activities.
• Ensure implementation of policies and practices
•  Establishing information management system for program management.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure that audit compliance is met and implemented.
• Maintain budget and track progress/ expenditures and transactions with efficient manner
• Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
• Support and build relationship within the team and external parties and stakeholders
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
• Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
• Assist in data and information gathering for concept note and proposal development for fundraising purpose
• Ensure the child sponsor delivery is met as per the child sponsorship business process and supporter servicing requirement.
• Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
• Support growth and program development
• Event report, Monthly Report, Quarterly Report and Annual report writing.
