Designation: Program Assistant
Location: Caritas Nepal Province Office, Kohalpur with frequent travel to program area/municipalities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social science or development-related fields.
• Working experience in Child development sector, Cooperative Development sector and social Development sector.
• Minimum of 2-3-years relevant program implementation and report writing experience in a professional environment, preferably in social and child sector.
• Excellent knowledge of and experience on reporting writing and case stories, good practices prepare and presentation.
• Strong communication and influencing skills using evidence-based methods;
• Technical competence in evidence-based monitoring and evaluation approaches and practices both for accountability and learning processes;
• Excellent understanding of data and information phases/needs for programme management and decision- making;
• Excellent ability to articulate oral and written technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods, including guidance/tool/SOP development, and facilitating community-level and key stakeholder KIIs & FGDs;
• Experience with KoBo Toolbox or other ODK software is desirable.
• Fluent in both English and Nepali.
• Having Motor bike driving licenses is an advantage.
