We are a multinational company and a global leader in our scope of industry with subsidiaries all over the world. For our plastic closure manufacturing plant located in Hetauda, Nepal, we are seeking to hire highly qualified personnel to support the achievement of our business goals and growth in Nepal/India.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Follow standard operating procedures and protocols for production processes.
Monitor and record production output and quality on a daily basis.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes or improvements to existing processes.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with production team members to identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Keep an accurate inventory of materials and supplies needed for production.
Train and supervise the work of junior production staff to ensure a quality work ethic and adherence to company policies.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

3 yrs Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
Experience of more than 3 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Candidates should be highly caliber individuals who are focused, committed, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a “can-do” attitude to perform their jobs.

Other Requirements:

Experience in running high-speed machinery in a safe manner, good electro-mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, flexible to work in different shifts, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience in the operation of Injection/Compression Molding M/c, knowledge of PLC programming, AC/DC drives, Utility Operation, and Computer literacy is essential.
