Other Requirements:

  • Experience in running high-speed machinery in a safe manner, good electro-mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, flexible to work in different shifts, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience in the operation of Injection/Compression Molding M/c, knowledge of PLC programming, AC/DC drives, Utility Operation, and Computer literacy is essential.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and protocols for production processes.
  • Monitor and record production output and quality on a daily basis.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes or improvements to existing processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with production team members to identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of materials and supplies needed for production.
  • Train and supervise the work of junior production staff to ensure a quality work ethic and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
