𝐍𝐨. 𝐨𝐟 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: 1

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Prepare precise and timely reports, including Repair & Maintenance, Material Consumption, and Monthly Newsletters.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data consolidation for operations.
• Analyze data to minimize wastage/loss and enhance recovery.
• Perform Material Variance Analysis and ensure proper traceability reporting.
• Manage and operate ERP systems efficiently with variance analysis.
• Conduct plant observations and report deviations promptly.
• Ensure MIS systems align with organizational needs and integrate with business processes.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline data flow and processes.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Study or a related field
• Candidates with more than 1 year of experience in the same field will be given priority.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
