Formulate appropriate and effective production plan.
Prepare short term and long term strategic production plan.
Formulate inventory modality of raw material, finished goods, other goods and accessories to ensure smooth production and operation.
Leads initiatives involving the production and quality of the product and the processes encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, vendor quality and selection, and tooling design.
Ensure for a high performing Focus Factory with long term growth potential as well as individual must possess technical and leadership skills with high caliber to juggle multiple projects in a manufacturing environment.
To ensure proper functioning of the production department and staffs there in and supervise and update their TOR as required.
Ensure proper and effective implementation and monitoring of approved production and dispatch plan of the company.
Strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with individuals throughout the organization at all levels;
