Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement production schedules to meet sales demands and delivery timelines.
Monitor daily production targets and adjust operations to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspections to maintain equipment sanitation and facility hygiene.
Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Analyze production data to monitor efficiency, minimize wastage, and control costs.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct safety audits and implement training to minimize hazards.
Monitor production budgets and manage resources effectively.
Plan capital expenditures for new equipment or upgrades.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of production targets (quantity and quality).
Reduction in production downtime and material wastage.
Compliance with safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
Cost savings through process optimization.
High employee engagement and retention within the production team.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is required (preference given to candidates holding a master degree).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in production roles, with a focus on leadership,
Preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.

Skills:

Expertise in beverage manufacturing (blending, pasteurization, filling, labeling, packaging).
Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in high-pressure environments.
